We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a Group Living Environment setting. As a key member of our Adult Community Clinical Services program, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide guidance, education, and support to individuals in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to adults in the community, focusing on maintaining physical and emotional health, living safely, and developing skills for independent living.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to promote resiliency and recovery, taking into account each individual's strengths and interests.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services, leveraging a recovery model, dual diagnosis, and addictions expertise.
  • Work evening and weekend hours, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
