About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Custodial Supervisor to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our custodial services, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Custodial Staff: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of our custodial employees to ensure that our facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide training and guidance to our custodial staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Inspect our facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations.
  • Manage Supplies and Equipment: Ensure that our custodial staff have the necessary equipment and supplies to perform their duties.
  • Conduct Quality Inspections: Conduct regular quality inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our standards are met.
  • Recommend Improvements: Evaluate and recommend new custodial supplies and equipment to improve our services.
  • Communicate with Management: Report any issues or concerns to our management team and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of two to three years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a facilities management or custodial services environment.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications: CPR/AED/First Aid certification is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000-$60,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM.
