Position Overview

A-MAX Auto Insurance is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Insurance Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our office functions efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely opening and closing of the office.
  • Manage scheduling, underwriting, training, reporting, and the development of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain open communication with senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by all agents.
  • Assist clients with various insurance needs, including new policy creation, policy modifications, payment processing, renewals, and inquiries.
  • Evaluate vehicles to determine their eligibility as acceptable insurance risks.
  • Support daily cleaning and safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales.
  • At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Required County Mutual License; Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
  • Completion of continuing education courses to maintain active licensing.
  • High School Diploma or GED; some college education preferred.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus.
  • Reliable transportation for marketing and banking activities.
  • A strong sales orientation and a desire to achieve success.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Basic computer proficiency and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly adapt to proprietary software.
