Salary and Benefits
The University of Iowa offers a competitive salary range of $54,000 - $58,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation and sick leave. Our staff nurses also have the opportunity to participate in shift differentials, which can increase their earnings by up to 4,000 annually.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced hospital staffing professional to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care across various settings. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Apply nursing theory to assess, diagnose, treat, and evaluate patient responses to health and illness
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Develop and implement patient care plans based on individual needs

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• An Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Current licensure to practice nursing in Iowa
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
