Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional care and service.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is $54,000 (at 90% effort) per year, with opportunities for shift differentials and premium pay. In addition, our comprehensive fringe benefit package includes paid vacation, sick leave, health, dental, life, and disability insurance options, as well as generous employer contributions into retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate and coordinate the continuum of care across settings.
- Develop patient care plans based on individual needs.
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing, Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, or higher is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Current licensure to practice nursing in Iowa is mandatory.
