Role Overview
The Wireless Connectivity Performance Specialist will play a crucial role in the certification of Airgain's innovative products, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the certification process for strategic products, ensuring adherence to all necessary global regulations and approvals.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to facilitate successful certification outcomes.
- Manage project budgets related to certification efforts in coordination with Airgain Management and Finance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external testing partners and certification authorities, fostering strong relationships for effective project execution.

Certification Scope
The certification responsibilities will encompass:
- Global regulatory compliance (e.g., FCC, CE)
- Industry certifications (e.g., PTCRB, GCF, Anatel)
- Approvals from Tier-1 mobile network operators.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven expertise in regulatory and industry certifications, particularly with wireless products.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple certification projects simultaneously.
