Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction surveying, with a strong background in leading and managing teams.
  • Active OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to pursue certification.
  • Advanced knowledge of surveying equipment, including builder's levels, lasers, and total stations.
  • Proficient in CAD and surveying-based software.
  • Strong planning, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
Working Conditions

The Survey Party Chief will work on construction sites, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and physical demands. The ability to work at heights, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain is required.
