Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Advanced Technology project, which includes our Data Center, Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewables market segment groups (MSG). The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and technicians.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project delivery meets client expectations.
  • Manage project risks, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks.
  • Ensure compliance with Turner Construction's policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including preconstruction, estimating, and accounting, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in project delivery.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Project.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at the construction work site, where they will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock. The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to very loud.
