Job Summary
As a Cable Installation Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the cable installation team. You will conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met. Additionally, you will train and mentor team members on best practices and safety procedures. You will collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure seamless project execution. You will troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process. You will conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. You will assist in planning and execution of cable installation projects. You will define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration. You will develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies. You will coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. You will monitor and report on project progress, providing support for issue resolution. You will ensure project is completed on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in cable installation or related field
* Low voltage wiring and bending conduit
* Data networks
* 2 years' experience in project management or related role within data network or cable installation

Work Environment
