Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to verify adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Document and report any deviations, defects, or issues discovered during inspections.
  • Collaborate with senior inspectors and project managers to confirm that construction activities meet safety regulations and project requirements.
  • Assist with the review and interpretation of construction plans, special provisions, and technical documents.
  • Maintain clear and accurate inspection records and reports for compliance and reporting purposes.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, participation in a wellness rewards program designed to eliminate medical deductibles, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions from the company.

Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • 3-10 years of experience in construction inspection and management.
  • A high school diploma or a high school equivalent certification.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in math and English.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

EBA provides civil/site, geotechnical, structural, transportation, water resources, and water systems engineering; construction management/inspection; field and laboratory material testing; asset management; and geospatial technologies services to clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
