As a Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for building and growing our high-performing team, working closely with our Global Managing Director of the Technology Sector and other sector and client leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Trusted Advisor Role: Establish strong relationships with senior-level technology clients, providing counsel on communications strategy and growth opportunities.
  • Elevate Team Performance: Inspire and mentor team members to innovate and develop new approaches and solutions, enhancing employee satisfaction and driving business results.
  • Manage Teams and Projects: Oversee teams and projects profitability, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high levels of financial and operational acumen.
  • Market Leadership: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients, leveraging strong relationships with heads of marketing and communications at technology companies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 20 years in communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a dynamic agency environment.
  • Skills: Proven business acumen, expertise in top communications skills in-demand by enterprise and AI technology leaders, and strong proficiency in multiple disciplines, including communications and marketing strategy.
