POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Vice President of Operations (VPO) to elevate our organization to new heights. This position entails comprehensive oversight of all operational functions, both administrative and field-based.

The VPO will collaborate closely with the executive team and department leaders to strategically guide the organization on a daily basis. This role requires a proactive leader who is passionate about driving success and fostering a collaborative environment.

You will be a motivated and seasoned leader with a proven track record in team building and management. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential in creating impactful relationships.

Detail-oriented and strategic, you will excel in delegating tasks and utilizing resources effectively. You will embody a balance of confidence and humility, earning the respect of your colleagues through your leadership style.

Your ability to translate vision into actionable plans will be critical, as will your desire for flexibility and creative autonomy. You thrive in environments where your contributions yield tangible results.

Quick to learn and adept at multitasking, you will manage your time efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Your creativity and big-picture thinking will complement your attention to detail. Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Acquire comprehensive knowledge of various roles and systems within the organization, including both field and administrative functions.
2. Collaborate with the executive team to integrate and execute the company’s vision and objectives.
3. Supervise departmental operations and staff, ensuring accountability to established expectations.
4. Lead recruitment initiatives to build effective teams aligned with company goals.
5. Maintain constant engagement with staff and operational systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Extensive experience in team leadership and management.
2. Background in the property management or vacation rental industry is advantageous.
3. Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework is preferred.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proven customer service and professional experience.
6. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong delegation skills and resourcefulness.
8. Flexibility to accommodate company and client needs as required.
9. Willingness to engage in a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$130,000 - $160,000 OTE
Eligibility for performance-based raises, bonuses, and commissions tied to business growth.
Health care stipend may be available.
Paid vacation.
