Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing timely and accurate QI assessments
  • Carrying out the plan of care, evaluating daily progress, and updating the interdisciplinary care plan accordingly
  • Interacting professionally with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Utilizing evidence-based practices to manage pain and promote patient comfort

Requirements:

To excel in this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduate degree from an accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse
  • CPR/BCLS certification
  • Minimum six months' experience in a medical/surgical setting
