Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and develop action plans to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Provide training and coaching to sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store operations to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the jewelry or watch industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
