Job Title: Master Control Operator

WKRC is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Master Control Operator to join our team. As a key member of our broadcasting team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our audio and video systems, ensuring seamless broadcast operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain audio and video systems, including switchers, routers, and other equipment
  • Monitor and control broadcast signals, ensuring high-quality transmission
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve technical issues and improve broadcast operations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software applications to ensure efficient and effective operations
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of audio and video systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in broadcasting or related field preferred
