Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Azul Hospitality. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage Bar Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, including answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work as a Team Member: Work collaboratively with other members of the hospitality team to ensure that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Maintain a Safe and Healthy Environment: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff, including adhering to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume bar environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol, Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required, California RBS Certification.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine, ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
Working Conditions

The Bartender will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to loud noises, bright lights, and strong odors. The ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 45 lbs is required.
