The Premium Bartender is a key member of our team at Moody Center, responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our guests. As a skilled bartender, you will be the face of our establishment, providing a warm and welcoming experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities
  • Service Excellence: Provide top-notch service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Beverage Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in various beers, wines, and spirits, making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Bar Operations: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
  • Guest Safety: Detect and respond to guest inebriation, escalating situations to management or security as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and stock beverages, paper products, and other supplies as required.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and long hours, to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: Six months or more of bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Skills: Ability to accurately handle register and revenue collections, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and knowledge of liquor laws.
  • Certifications: Valid food handling certificate and TABC certificate required.
