About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Psychiatric Unit at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital, where you will play a critical role in providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients struggling with mental health issues.

As a member of our Patient Care Services Team, you will work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

**Estimated Salary:** $90,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct patient care, assessing and evaluating patient needs, and developing individualized care plans
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, including progress notes and medication administration
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services, ensuring continuity and consistency
  • Participating in education and training initiatives, sharing expertise and best practices with colleagues to enhance overall quality of care
