Product Manager, Ad Targeting Specialist

As a Product Manager, Ad Targeting Specialist, you will be responsible for building new forms of targeting that drive advertiser performance by enabling marketers to discover and reach their desired audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build new forms of targeting that drive advertiser performance
- Drive a unified understanding of the community while protecting user privacy
- Define, manage, and execute a long-term roadmap for machine learning powered and data intensive products
- Solicit ideas and feedback, analyze data, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally
- Become the internal voice and representative for revenue-related products
Requirements:
- Ability to initiate projects and execute against defined objectives
- Ability to communicate results of analyses clearly and effectively
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Team player who can collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ad and/or marketing technology at a top-tier digital ad platform
- Advanced quantitative degree (e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Finance, Math)
- Experience building and applying ML technologies to large scale problems
- Experience with product design, software development, or interaction design
- Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, Python, R, Minitab, or SPSS
