DaVita is seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations to join our team. As a member of our Value-Based Care team, you will report directly to the Vice President of Integrated Kidney Care. This leader will operate across both government and commercial VBC lanes, leading functions to ensure the overarching success of programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of business strategy and engage with internal and external partners
  • Aggregate and synthesize analysis to drive strategic planning and innovation
  • Partner with various functions across the enterprise to drive execution and business communications
  • Organize management processes and drive business communications internally and externally
  • Support teammate engagement and partner with DaVita Kidney Care and Nephrologists to drive business functions and operating teams
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of top performance and desire to improve the overall healthcare system
  • Located in Baltimore, MD/DC, with hybrid role requiring travel in the market
  • Prior experience as Director of Strategy, General Management, Operations, or similar role supporting enterprise-level initiatives or prior experience within healthcare or operations leadership
