Job Title: Content Marketing Manager

Fierce Conversations Inc is seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our content and messaging strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with our internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure a unified approach in all communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute events strategy, including keynotes, webinars, podcasts, and other external speaking engagements to build brand authority and increase engagement.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including drafting press releases, pitching to media outlets, and handling media inquiries to ensure consistent and positive coverage of Fierce in relevant publications.
  • Oversee Fierce's organic social media channels, developing and implementing content calendars, engaging with followers, and driving community growth.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to grow our email marketing campaigns, ensuring the messaging is aligned with overall communications and event strategies.
  • Develop collateral, including pitch decks, event brochures, messaging, and talk tracks to promote webinars, etc.
  • Lead or support book review initiatives, positioning Fierce thought leadership publications and ensuring they reach the right audience through the appropriate channels.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in planning and executing events, from concept to completion, focusing on keynotes, podcasts, and other high-profile speaking engagements.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends, with a history of successfully managing and growing social media accounts.
  • Experience managing media relations, drafting press releases, and working with journalists to secure coverage.
  • Understanding of email marketing strategies and best practices, with experience developing campaigns from development to execution.
  • Strong writing, research, and communication skills with the ability to craft and promote compelling content for social media, email campaigns, blog, and PR materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and conversion rate optimization.
  • Proficient with Hubspot and highly data-driven.
