Key Responsibilities:

Overview of the Insurance Customer Service Representative Role:

  • Compensation: $40,000 - $100,000 based on hourly wage and commissions
  • Bilingual Requirement: English/Spanish
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in-person and via phone from a retail office setting
  • Assist new clients in enrolling in health, supplemental, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • Support existing clients with inquiries regarding their insurance coverage, payment concerns, obtaining necessary health insurance tax documents, and access to care
  • Efficiently navigate multiple software applications with a keen attention to detail
  • Stay informed through training, resources, and support to meet and exceed sales objectives
  • All insurance sales representatives must achieve a monthly sales target to maintain good standing within the organization and retain their position

Qualifications:

Collective Choice fosters a dynamic work environment filled with motivated, self-driven employees dedicated to helping individuals achieve financial security. You can earn an hourly wage along with commissions, sales bonuses, incentives, prizes, company-sponsored events, and trips sponsored by insurance carriers. Your income potential is limitless, as there is no cap on commissions. We provide opportunities for unlimited earning potential and professional advancement.

You may apply for this position without holding a Health and Accident License. However, if you are not licensed, you can earn a $300 bonus upon successfully passing your state exam to become a licensed insurance agent within 30 days of your start date. Collective Choice will also cover the costs of your pre-licensing course and up to two exam attempts.
