Franciscan Ministries is seeking a dedicated Client Services Team Leader to join our organization. This role is pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring that all clients receive timely assistance and emotional support during their interactions. The Client Services Team Leader will facilitate effective communication between clients and the Advocate team, while also supporting case management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during shifts, addressing concerns and providing necessary support.
- Collaborate with staff and external professionals to coordinate assessments, planning, and advocacy for clients.
- Assist the Assistant Director in recruitment, training, scheduling, and supervision of team members to maintain high standards of client care.
- Ensure consistent service delivery by working closely with staff to uphold program objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
- At least one year of experience working with individuals affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, or in social service settings.
