Senior Insurance Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect our clients' interests
  • Conduct in-depth research and due diligence to inform our clients' decisions
  • Provide authoritative legal advice on all aspects of insurance defense law
  • Review, modify, and create contracts related to insurance defense law
  • Prepare for and attend legal proceedings on behalf of our clients
  • Negotiate with opposing parties to achieve favorable outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure seamless case management
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active California State Bar license
  • Proven experience in insurance defense law, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional results for our clients
