About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule travel arrangements and prepare meeting agendas.
  • Track expenses, manage office supplies, and coordinate special events.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, bind documents, and update the CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff PTO and manage client meetings.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and provide exceptional customer service.
