Job Summary:

As a Lead Dentist at Aspen Dental, you will be responsible for managing a patient-centric team and providing exceptional clinical care. You will lead by example, adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
  • Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
  • Maintain an awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
  • Network with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices

Requirements:

  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
  • Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists
