Job Summary:

As a Lead Dentist at Aspen Dental, you will have the opportunity to lead a patient-centric team and assume excellent quality of care for all patients. You will conduct comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnose dental conditions, and provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency. Additionally, you will maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.

About the Role:

As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals. You will also keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development. Furthermore, you will network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
