Position Summary:

The Loss Prevention Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Loss Prevention and Firearms Compliance department. This position is based at our corporate office and requires full-time attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and apply for various firearms licenses at the federal, state, and local levels.
  • Oversee the background check program.
  • Monitor inventory shrinkage and audit outcomes.
  • Provide administrative assistance for existing systems and reports.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of statistical data.
  • Process purchase orders related to Loss Prevention equipment and services.
  • Ensure accuracy in invoice tracking and auditing.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage related logistics.
  • Engage in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A two-year college degree or equivalent experience in a business setting.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer operations.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and firearms.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality work with accuracy.
