You are not only a strategic thinker and idea generator but also detail-oriented, capable of developing and implementing comprehensive plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Formulating essential marketing strategies and plans, defining program objectives, target demographics, tactics, deliverables, timelines, and performance indicators.
- Collaborating with the marketing and communications team to brainstorm, plan, and execute cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Leading cross-functional teams, including Creative, Content, Digital, Product, Sales, and external partners, to successfully implement marketing initiatives.
- Effectively communicating and aligning with all organizational levels, including senior executives.
- Driving the creation of marketing briefs and partnering with the creative team to achieve objectives.
- Analyzing consumer insights to gain a comprehensive understanding of target audiences, consumer journeys, and purchasing obstacles, leveraging these insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Evaluating program performance to identify opportunities for enhancement, performance improvement, and partnership development.
- Staying informed about the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate and apply advanced strategies.
