Digital Commerce Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Commerce Vice President to lead our Americas region. As a key member of our global digital commerce team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital commerce strategy that drives growth, innovation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a multi-year digital commerce strategy aligned with the company's financial goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of 25 professionals spanning onsite merchandising, digital marketing, and e-tail, with dotted line responsibility for digital merchandising.
- Collaborate with senior regional commerce peers and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize growth strategies.
- Anticipate future consumer trends and use market developments to trial and test new ecommerce concepts and technologies.
- Manage a team in the U.S. with further expansion opportunities identified.
- Work closely with regional ecommerce peers to implement and share standard methodologies for continued scaled growth.
- 5-10 years of forward-thinking, strategy-focused eCommerce work.
- B2C expertise in corporate and entrepreneurial environments.
- Well-versed in High Growth Environments.
- Experience as an eCommerce P&L owner at or above a similar scale.
- Think and act like an owner while being comfortable in a matrixed environment.
- Global experience preferred.
- Highly collaborative and eager to support the growth and rising of others.
- Self-aware, enthusiastic and passionate.
