We are looking for a dependable and meticulous Logistics Associate to support our operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to receive, organize, and distribute materials, equipment, and other items from our inventory, warehouse, or storage facility.

These positions are permanent and not temporary or seasonal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify stock items, documenting data manually or utilizing computer systems.
  • Pack and unpack items for storage on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage facilities.
  • Confirm inventory accuracy by comparing it to physical counts of stock and resolving discrepancies or correcting errors.
  • Organize items in a systematic and accessible manner within warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other designated areas.
  • Label stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Keep detailed records of stock usage and any damage to stock or handling equipment.
  • Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Assist or guide other warehouse or storage facility workers as necessary.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Team-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure effective security operations for the protection of personnel, data, property, and institutions.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse or stockroom setting.
