Job Overview

Your exceptional communication and writing abilities will be invaluable as you strategically guide clients towards favorable resolutions. We require an in-office presence for the initial four months, after which a hybrid work arrangement can be considered.

Compensation:

$170,000 - $185,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in court, advocating motions during legal proceedings
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to associate attorneys and paralegals to mitigate conflicts
  • Strategize and prepare for trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration
  • Prepare necessary legal documents, including motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests and responses
Qualifications:
  • Admitted to practice in local and state bar associations
  • Demonstrated experience in representing clients during trials, mediation, and arbitration
  • Able to manage a heavy caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills, along with excellent writing and verbal communication abilities
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior associate in the legal sector
  • Current license to practice law in California
  • At least 5 years of experience as a senior attorney, with 7 to 10 years since passing the bar
