Job Title: Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team at Jobot. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing our clients in various business litigation matters.

About the Role:
  • Represent clients in business litigation matters, including contract disputes, tort claims, and other commercial disputes.
  • Conduct research and analysis to develop effective litigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present cases in court, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to their legal problems.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve case goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business litigation.
  • Active California Bar License.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • California license must be in good standing.
What We Offer:
  • $150,000 - $165,000 base salary.
  • 35 billable hours per week, with quarterly bonuses for excess hours.
  • PPO Health Insurance, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with great matching.
  • Remote or hybrid work options for those with a good standing with the California Bar Association.
