Position Overview:
Innova Solutions is seeking a dedicated Field Support Technician to provide exceptional technical assistance and support for our clients.

Location:
On-site in Cleveland, OH

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, modify, and repair personal computer hardware and software systems.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to system users.
  • Monitor and manage network infrastructure, coordinating with engineering teams for issue resolution.
  • Interface with end users to independently troubleshoot and resolve system function problems.
  • Regularly update customers on ongoing support tickets and provide comprehensive reports on issues.
  • Administer Active Directory, Backup/Recovery Services, and Anti-Virus environments.
  • Collaborate with Server and Network engineering teams to troubleshoot and implement IT projects.
  • Participate in project teams to assist with defined technical activities.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 5 years of technical support experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Windows Operating systems and Office suite.
  • Experience with ticket and management systems.
  • Ability to remove computer viruses.
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies and topologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred:
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree.
  • Current Microsoft certification.
  • Current A+ / Network+ certification.
  • Experience with Citrix technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud servers or hosted systems.

Expectations:
  • Willingness to participate in an alternate work schedule, including non-traditional hours.
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and move around the office as needed.
  • Capability to maintain equipment, including under desks.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs may be required.
  • Effective communication with internal and external personnel is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range:
$30 - $35/hr w2
