Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Recruiter II to join our team at ESS Support Services Worldwide - Alaska. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day recruitment activities, ensuring new hires are onboarded in a timely and accurate manner, and follow-up administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit qualified candidates for various roles within culinary, hospitality, and corporate functions.
  • Process and approve job requisitions, post open jobs, and source candidates through various channels.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and execute employer branding strategies.
  • Provide consultative support to hiring managers and ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
  • Build sustainable relationships with leaders, hiring managers, internal associates, and external candidates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a recruiter, HR generalist, or functional professional with relevant technical experience.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
Working Environment

The work environment is fast-paced, and the successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and extreme heat.
