We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Political Account Coordinator to join our team at Cross Screen Media. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers plan, activate, and measure their video advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Account Managers to field incoming customer requests related to digital/CTV campaign planning and activation.
  • Support customer strategy by preparing audience insights data from our proprietary cross-channel media planning software platform.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports.
  • Work closely with our Advertising Operations team to monitor digital/CTV campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Hungry for experience in political advertising.
  • Strong communication skills - professionally & with team members.
  • Adapt quickly to new processes and concepts.
  • Possess a self-starter mentality.
  • Beginner-intermediate experience with Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Local to the DC area or willing to relocate.
