Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our quick-service restaurant staff. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for greeting and serving customers, responding to inquiries, and taking orders for food and drinks.

Responsibilities:

* Accept orders from customers, type them into the register, and send them to the kitchen staff
* Assure prompt delivery of all customer food and beverage orders
* Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces
* Verify the cash drawer totals at the beginning and end of each shift
* Inform customer of order total, accept cash or card payment and return the correct change if needed

Requirements:

* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people
* Basic math skills are needed to accurately take payments and count change
* Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities
* Strong cash register and point of sale system experience are desired
* Prefer some previous experience working as a cashier
