Restaurant Manager Job Description

At TGI Fridays, we're looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive success in our restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff, optimizing profits, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, including marketing and human resources, to maintain high standards of quality, service, and operations.
  • Lead by example, setting the tone for exceptional guest service and ensuring that all team members are equipped to deliver outstanding experiences.
  • Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth, control costs, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams, focusing on talent development and succession planning.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working in a full-service restaurant.
  • Proven track record of success in restaurant management, with a focus on guest satisfaction, sales growth, and team development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
