Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager I to join our Semiconductor Services Business US team in Phoenix, AZ.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Main Duties:

  • Manage customer inquiries and interactions to ensure timely resolution and delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that meet customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
