Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Professional to join our team at Eaton Sales & Service. This role is responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure parts for construction jobs and warehouse stock
  • Work closely with Service and Construction Departments to supply material for jobs
  • Handle all warranty items with the manufacturers
  • Maintain core spreadsheet and returns
  • Reconcile inventory in multiple locations
  • Oversee service and main warehouse inventories
  • Manage inventory turns and inventory reorder levels

Requirements:

  • Solid dependable work ethic
  • Basic computer skills, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word knowledge
  • Able to operate a forklift
  • Well organized
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service skills

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $50,000 - $55,000 per year. Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, health savings account, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
