As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our fitness facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our members and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the interior and exterior of the club, including common areas, locker rooms, and break rooms.
  • Assist with member and guest service, as needed.
  • Complete daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and cleaning equipment.
  • Manage supplies, including toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities, reporting any needs to management.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored safely and securely.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries or complaints professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and accurately log completed tasks and working hours.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some experience as a cleaner or janitor preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and carry cleaning equipment.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and techniques.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuums and floor buffers.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to adapt to changing schedules.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Customer service skills and ability to follow instructions.
