Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Water Treatment Technician to support our operations. This role involves the maintenance and management of water treatment systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct safe and efficient service operations in the field.
  • Adhere to safety protocols during all activities, including driving and on-site work.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of water treatment systems.
  • Manage the startup and repair of membrane filtration systems.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain electrical control systems.
  • Organize daily routes based on operational schedules.
  • Act as a representative of Ecolab, maintaining professional communication with clients and team members.
  • Ensure the safe delivery and setup of equipment.
  • Complete necessary documentation and reporting tasks.
  • Address minor mechanical issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate logs in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in repair or field service, preferably in water treatment.
  • Valid motor vehicle record with at least 5 years of acceptable driving history.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • No immigration sponsorship is available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Class B CDL License.
  • Experience in building customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Background in plumbing, electrical, or mechanical work.
