Aircraft Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Kalitta Charters. As a family-owned and operated business, we pride ourselves on our commitment to safety, professionalism, and service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the repair and overhaul of aircraft parts and accessories. Key duties include:
- Disassembling and reassembling aircraft components
- Inspecting aircraft parts for damage or wear
- Conducting testing and quality control checks
- Sandblasting and cleaning aircraft parts
- Painting and finishing aircraft components
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- A valid unrestricted driver's license
- A&P License
Work Environment & Culture:
- Candidates must pass a DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must be motivated, resourceful, and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible
- Must be able to multitask, respect confidentiality, and maintain a positive attitude
