**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Food Lion. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our front-end operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and have experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide fast, easy, flexible, and friendly service to customers
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager and Assistant Customer Service Manager in maintaining standards according to Front End Standard Practice Manual
  • Maximize sales through excellent customer service

**Requirements:**

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job

**Physical Requirements:**

  • Ability to use computers and other communication systems required to perform job functions
  • Perform repetitive hand and arm motions
  • Bend and lift products weighing up to 15 lbs. continuously, 25 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. on occasion

**Estimated Salary:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year
