Duties and Responsibilities
The successful Front Desk Operations Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Managing front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and rate management.
  • Providing world-class customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leading and motivating a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews, coaching employees, and implementing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:style='list-style-type:disc;'>A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity within the hospitality industry.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
