We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Spring-Green Lawn Care. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our lawn care services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple calls and customers simultaneously. You should also be proficient in CRM software and have experience in customer support or client service.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Provide accurate data entry into our CRM system
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Assist with social media management and other administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements:**

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred

**Compensation:** $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience
