Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints.   • Collaborate with colleagues as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of our customer service process.
  • Lead a team of junior customer service representatives to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
  • Comfortable using computer systems.
  • Previous experience in customer support.
Salary Information

Our estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations.
