Palliative Care Specialist

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a highly skilled Palliative Care Specialist to join their team in Boise, Idaho.
About the RoleThis full-time position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consults as needed at our Nampa location, working in tandem with a provider to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Support patients and families dealing with serious illnesses, such as cancer, end-stage organ disease, dementia, Parkinson's disease, and other progressive neurological disorders.
- Collaborate with the palliative care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that focus on relieving symptoms, improving quality of life, and promoting comfort.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Licensure as a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Idaho.
