Nurse Manager: Pulmonary and Renal Care Leadership

Job DescriptionAssistant Nurse Manager (Pulmonary/Renal)The Assistant Nurse Manager plays a critical role in coordinating, planning, and administrative management of our Pulmonary/Renal department. This position is responsible for ensuring competent and compassionate patient care is provided to our patients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and plan daily operations with the Administrative Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Manager, and Assistant Vice President of Specialty Nursing Division
- Mentor professional caregivers in the delivery of patient care and facilitate patient access, communication, and transitions throughout the acute care stay
- Provide leadership for direct patient care provided by specialty nursing unit staff on the assigned primary shift of work
- Serve as a visible leader, ensuring that competent, compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers including referring facilities, hospital staff, and patients in the inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings
The salary range for this position is $80,151 - $132,249 per year, based on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, applicants must have a strong background in nursing, preferably with experience in pulmonary/renal care.
