Job SummaryWe are seeking a Deli Bakery Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting store operations to meet financial and sales goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effective communication, and customer service abilities.
About the Role- Manage the Deli Bakery Department in the absence of the Deli Manager, supervising the performance of all duties and responsibilities of Deli Bakery Associates.
- Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to achieve productivity expectations.
- Provide leadership and motivation within the store to promote a culture reflective of our Brand Strategy and Culture.
- Support the achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
- Ensure department appearance, quality, variety, workplace safety, food safety, and department sanitation are consistently maintained.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and customer service abilities. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to lead and manage a team. Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques is preferred.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. They will also be required to maintain security standards, adhere to company guidelines, policies, and standard practices. A neat, well-groomed personal appearance is expected at all times.
Requirements- A high school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques preferred.
- Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
- Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job function.
